While Struckmeyer and Wilson has always handled construction defect litigation in its various forms, we have, over the last four or five years, developed a section of the firm specifically dedicated to aggressive defense in construction defect litigation/product defect litigation. This team is lead by partner Christopher J. Wilson, who also has a degree in mechanical engineering. All of the other attorneys within the construction defect/product defect section of Struckmeyer and Wilson maintain degrees in engineering, covering both the mechanical and electrical disciplines. This team is very experienced in all aspects and stages of construction defect litigation/product defect litigation from initial file intake and discovery to mediation/arbitration and trial. Included herewith is a resume of each member of the firm.
